However, your keepsake is forever & we want to ensure you love it! We offer free replacement prints for any errors or defects, and free one-time exchanges for any reason.
Policy Details
No-Fault Correction Policy
We understand mistakes can happen, and we are committed to customizing your print accurately with the best quality. We guarantee your print will be accurate and free from defects with our no-fault correction policy. You can trust that any errors, regardless of origin, will be corrected at no charge! If your keepsake has an error or defect and you need a replacement print, please follow our policy outlined below:
1. Eligibility: Keepsakes can be replaced within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Free Shipping on Replacements: We will replace your keepsake and ship the new keepsake to you at no additional cost. We will process and ship your new keepsake on the same schedule as new orders.
3. Process: To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer support team at: hello@shopsweetheartprints.com
Our customer support team will guide you through the replacement process. To expedite your request, please include the following when you contact us:
1. Your order number
2. A brief description of the problem
3. A photo illustrating the issue
After your replacement is approved, we will process and ship your new keepsake. No need to worry about exchanges or returns, you don't need to send back the defective print.
Damaged Items
In the rare event you receive a damaged item, we will make it right. If your keepsake or frame is damaged, please follow our policy outlined below:
1. Eligibility: Damaged keepsakes and/or frames can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be in its original condition, in the original packaging.
2. Free Shipping on Damaged Items: We will exchange your damaged items at no additional cost. We will process and ship the replacement items on the same schedule as new orders.

Keepsake Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event you are not satisfied, we offer a one-time exchange for another design selection in the same size as ordered. If you need to exchange a keepsake, please follow our policy outlined below:
1. Eligibility: Keepsakes can be exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. The keepsake must be in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
2. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
3. Free Shipping on Exchanges: Once we receive the exchanged item, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost. We will process and ship your new keepsake on the same schedule as new orders.

Returns
Regrettably, due to the bespoke and custom made nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds.
